The DERARCH Ltd. was established by Attila Derzsényi architect and civil engineer in 1994. We offer our wide range of services from designing a building to the construction:

Our work includes the design and construction of offices and family residences. In the construction market, we have constructed and upgraded facilities for privates clients and government institutionals.
Our engineers are invited guest teachers at several Universities and technical advisors for EU projects.

“Attila Derzsényi, architect: born in 1974 in Debrecen. Being a successful athlete among in his youth, he comes across the name of Alfréd Hajós soon and this motivates him to study architecture.
In 1994 he establishes DERARCH Ltd, which initially deals with architectural photography, later with architectural design. In 1997 he works with architect Attila Kőszeghy in Debrecen, who inspires him to complement active photography and architecture by studying artistic anatomy and painting from sculptor Ágnes Németh; later on he joins the art life of Budapest.
In 1998-2001 he works for KÖZTI Architects & Engineers, his master is Marosi Miklós, who gives him several renovation projects involving the preservation of monuments.
He obtains a degree in architecture in 1999 at the Budapest Technical University as a student of László Vincze, with whom he later becomes close friends; after which he also begins studies at the Faculty of Monument Preservation. The design for the boating lake in Debrecen is a summary of his research until the time. It was after the artistic and technical presentation of this design that he is invited to Calgary in 2001, where he is involved in the design of several public buildings.
Commissioned by the Autism Foundation in 2003, he designs the central building and care centre after a careful study of the disorder.
In 2004 he works on commission by the Kámon Arboretum to amend the urban development plan of the city of Szombathely, then based on his novel marketing and pedagogy ideas he is asked to design the Visitor’s Centre and the educational building. The modern building has since served as an example for the complex management of such protected natural reserves. From hereon he is a successful participant in several EU competitions, with his attention turning towards complex development programs and green technologies.
He is the first in 2009 in Hungary to obtain construction permits for an energy-plus building, which in effect feeds energy back into the public utility grid.
Working on a commission from the Technical University of Debrecen he designs the specially shaped building of the New Building Energetics Research Laboratory with DERARCH Ltd, which will serve as the basis for future research on renewable energies.
He designed several buildings, taught design, building constructions and free hand drawing at the Technical University of Budapest and of Debrecen. His diverse knowledge and outstanding drawing skills are appreciated in professional circles.
